  • Normand Real Estate believes agents should keep their commission. We provide an environment for independent agents to keep their commission. We don’t charge any fees other than a $150 yearly fee and a straight forward low transaction fee. Contact us to day to hear how low our fee is!

  • No. We currently do not accept newly licensed agents. We hire experienced agents who can handle the real estate transaction independently.

  • Supporting my agents is my top priority. With over 20 years in real estate and 12 years as a broker, I have experienced just about every situation you can imagine. That experience allows me to help you navigate difficult conversations, challenging transactions, and the unexpected situations that can come with this business.
